Session Content  

  • Identify your trauma and its long-term impact on your emotions, relationships and your physical health  so you can better heal and grow from the damage of the PAST,  PTSD, CPTSD and Grief. 

  • Learn effective strategies kills and healing processes that support self-empowerment ,authenticity, connection and integration 

  • Move from the adaptive child to functioning adult

  • Learn to recognize dysregulation and learn the tools to restore emotional self -regulation  and build resilience

  • Recover from trauma induced addiction and addictive behaviours.

  • Heal your trauma Infused beliefs and ideas

  • Heal your trauma driven behaviour 

  • Self assess for the symptoms of PTSD

  • Reframe trauma into a positive

  • Reduce shame

  • Understand the relationship of grief and trauma

  • Gain an understanding of what you can do about it if you are affected by trauma

  • Understand power/control  and boundaries

  • Reclaim and reintegrate lost or disowned aspects of self such as skills ,qualities, knowledge and abilities restoring an experience of wholeness and integrity

  • Advanced complicated grief support that has resulted from complex trauma or suicide

Session Preparation 

  • Sessions can be as long as two hours 

  • You will need a quiet secure and safe place where you will be undisturbed for the duration of the session interruptions can be harmful if you are processing

  • All sessions are on zoom you will be sent a link 5 or 10 min prior to your session with me.

  • You will need a fairly decent camera for the session ( I need to see you clearly)

  • As we may be doing a process that involves therapeutic art you will need coloured pencils and quality drawing paper

  • Please complete your registration on the client portal as you book your session.

  • All forms that are sent must be filled out the day before the session.
